Meet dr amy imms

I'm Dr Amy Imms, a qualified medical practitioner who has been working in the field of burnout for over 5 years. I struggled seeing so many incredible people, with so much to offer others and the world, but burning out largely due to the unrelenting pressures and expectations from workplaces and the world. We all miss out when these people (people like you!) aren't able to function as they want to because of burnout. I experienced burnout myself, and hit rock bottom as challenges and pressures piled up. Recovery was long and lonely for me, and it was really difficult to find support specifically for burnout. I made it my mission to provide for others the support I couldn't find for myself. My mission is to help you manage burnout so that you can live a life that is meaningful, fulfilling, enjoyable, and sustainable. It might be hard to imagine now, but it is possible. I've been running group programs for 4 years, and I have seen them be a really powerful environment for change, growth, and motivation. I hope you join me, and allow me into the privileged position of helping to guide you on your journey.

I’m a big believer in the power of community as we manage burnout. Overcoming burnout doesn’t  have to be lonely journey. Join together with others, and let their support and guidance lift you up and carry you through.

I love working with groups because I see the change in people as they connect with others going through similar experiences, and grow through the collective sharing of wisdom and experience.
