If you want to continue your process of burnout recovery or sustain your mental wellbeing, then there are several options I can offer that may suit you at different points in your journey:

  • Thrive In Action Weekend – 3rd-4th June 2023: six small-group online workshops delving deeper into core areas of wellbeing and burnout recovery.
  • The Thriving Together Community is the central active hub of The Burnout Project. We create small safe spaces for people to optimise wherever they are in the burnout recovery process. Members receive ongoing learning, connection with peers who are experiencing similar struggles, and accountability and motivation as they continue to take meaningful steps forward so that their life isn’t stuck in the same place this time next year. Please get in touch if you want to discuss whether this might be the right space for you.
  • A concise practical burnout guide – Burnout: your first ten steps‘ by Dr Amy Imms

  • Treat yourself to a Burnout Package, which contains both practical resources as well as some pampering and self-care
  • Online courses are a great option if you prefer a self-paced learning format with short modules you can fit around your busy life. These are highly practical, and you’ll have lifetime access so that you can come back to the information as many times as you like.
    * Overwhelmed to Empowered is a great option if you’re beginning the process of addressing burnout or finding that you’re not making the progress you want.
    * Inner Confidence: overcoming imposter syndrome leads you through the process of addressing imposter syndrome so that it stops holding you back and getting in the way of living the life you want
    * The Art Of Self-care is designed for those of you who want to get in touch with your creative side as you learn wellbeing strategies, build self-awareness, and bring some fun and joy back into life. Every lesson has both visual art and journaling options (you can choose your preference or do both)
  • Burnout counselling provides the opportunity to work 1:1 with Dr Amy Imms via telehealth and dive deep into your personal challenges and apply the strategies that will help you move towards the life you want.
